积极心理学视角下青少年挫折教育的剖析

摘    要:青少年面临很多社会压力,他们在各个方面遇到越来越多的困难和挫折,引发了种种心理适应不良和心理障碍,挫折教育已成为一种迫切的社会需求。本文在积极心理学的视角下分析挫折教育的内容,并对学校的挫折教育提出了具体实施路径,从而达到使青少年发挥自身的积极力量抵抗挫折的目的,为学校开展青少年挫折教育提供一个新思路。

Analysis on Adolescent Frustration Education from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

Abstract:Facing plenty of social pressu~, adolescents encounter more and more difficulties and frustrations from all aspects, which results in a vari- ety of mental maladjustment and psychological obstacles. Thus Frustration Education has been pressing social needs. This paper analyses Frustration Edu- cation with the positive psychology perspective, proposes specific executive methods for school Frustration Education, so as to make the youth to utilize their active force for the resistance to setbacks and provide a new train of thought for the development of adolescent Frustration Education.
