| 摘 要： | 以研究事业单位合适规模为基础,以制造业为例,选取有代表性的面板数据,运用前沿分析模型(SFA)来讨论企业规模的问题,最终得出结论:在大型、中型、小型企业中,中型规模的企业是最优的,即最有效率的。这一结论再次证明了中型企业规模的优势,也为事业单位改制中的企业规模的选择提供了参考。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed what scale an enterprise should reach from the perspective of theory of the appropriate scale of enterprise and the representative panel data has been used as well as the SFA model.It is concluded that the medium-sized scale enterprise is of efficiency among the large,medium and small-sized enterprises.The conclusion proved that the medium-sized enterprise has the advantages in economy of scale. |
