摘 要: | Color plays a big role in smart dietary choices,and dark green,leafy vegetables get the "go" sing.Dark green is a good sign that the vegetable contains beta-cartotene,folic acid,calcium,and iron-all nutrients your body needs every day.Choose a variety of the green stuff,and experiment with how you prepare the different varieties,too.Iceberg lettues is okay,but try Swiss chard,radicchio,and bok choy,too.Eat greens raw or gently steam them;stir-frying is another way to enjoy them with other flavorful ingredients.Lemon juice,soy sauce,or flavored vinegar can help give your taste buds some extrazings.
