| 摘 要： | 马克思主义产权理论与现代西方产权理论相比较，二在研究对象、侧重点、目的等方面明显不同。结合我国经济体制改革的实践，认识马克思主义产权理论和现代西方产权理论在我国社会主义市场经济条件下的指导意义，是确立适合我国国情的产权观念的重要依据。
