摘    要:文章指出体育与健康课程应以身体运动为主要手段,以体育与健康知识、技能和方法为主要学习内容,以增进学生的健康为主要目的,并设有专门“运动技能”学习领域。了解在学习中的态度主动或被动,其效果相差甚远。所以调动学生的主观能动性至关重要,其效果事半功倍。

Abstract:Lbjective Point out body movement is the main means,physical education,health knowledge and skill is the main purpose of physical education and health curriculum.Then to set special sports skill study field,To understand that active attitudes of the students toward learning is far away from inactive attitudes.So how to arouse student's ability of subjective activity is important,which can get obvious result.
