| 摘 要： | 技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)已成为影响我国出口的最主要贸易壁垒,其预警机制的建立健全已迫在眉睫。本文将预警机制视作一种信息机制,运用信息管理的原理对TBT预警信息的需求、收集、加工、传递、处理、反馈全过程进行了比较全面的分析,为TBT预警机制的实际操作提供了有效的实现途径。

| Abstract: | In the case of the fact that TBT has become main trade barriers,China has to set up and optimize its early warning mechanism as quickly as possible.On the premise that early warning mechanism is essentially an information mechanism,this paper studies the whole management process of early warning information related to TBT,which includes demand analysis,collection,transmission,processing and feedback,according to the principles of information management.The paper also puts forward some practical implementation approaches. |
