| 摘 要： | 特色建设是高职院校发展的必由之路.鹤壁职院在专业特色、科技特色、管理特色和招生就业特色建设等方面进行了探索,通过建立特色建设领导小组、专门研究机构,采用灵活多样的工作机制和相关激励措施,加强人力资本投资和资金、设施的投入,推动了学院特色建设和发展.

| Abstract: | Characteristic construction is the necessary choice for the development of higher vocational schools. Hebi College of Vocational and Technology has made some explorations on constructing specialities characteristics, science and technology characteristics, administration characteristics and enrollment characteristics, etc. The college has improved its characteristic construction, and has got great development by taking lots of measures, for example,organizing a special leading groop and a research institute, adopting vivid working systems and administrative systems, making encouraging measures, and enlarging input of manpower and fund. |
