| 摘 要： | 培养造救人才是维新派进行变法维新运动的一项重要内容，并形成了系统的人才观。他们把培养人才看作是变法维新能否取得成功的前提条件，十分重视政治人才的培养、重视人才综合素质的提高，大力提倡培养人才的群体观念。对维新派的人才观进行总结和研究，对当今我国教育事业的发展和改革具有借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Developing and bringing up talents was an important aspect in the modernization movement for the modernization party,and on the basis of this a systematic view of talents was formed. They considered it as a prerequisite to the modernization movement, placing much stress on the developing of political talents. on the raising of talent's comprehensive qualities,advocating energetically the development of talent's collective spirit. Thus it offers us some useful experiece for the development and reformation of nor country's education by summarizing and studying its view of talents. |
