| 摘 要： | 应用实验法以广西师范大学足球队为例进行实证研究，运用数理统计法对所得出的数据进行分析，发现对足球运动员进行上肢和协调性的专门练习可以加大投掷界外球的力量与距离并丰富足球比赛当中在对方半场前30米区域的进攻手段。

| Abstract: | On the base of literature, the importance of strong throwing and training methods was discussed. Research was carted out on the demonsteation of Guangxi Normal University football team and mathematical statistics method was used to derive results from analysis of the data. It was found that upper and coordination of special exercises can increase the strength and distance of throwing foul ball, and enrich the attack means in the region 30 meaters far from the opponent gole. |
