| 摘 要： | 全球的经济互动、共同的社会经济问题、殊途同归的理论抽象,使得不同的地区和国家有可能达成现代企业的伦理共识,即对于创新、利润、共同责任、竞争、服务的新的理解.为此,我国企业应以全球化、加入WTO为契机,利用丰厚的文化底蕴,构建现代企业的伦理价值体系.

| Abstract: | The world mutual benefial,jointly social economic problems,theory abstraction of reaching the same goal by different routes,turned possible to reach common ethics understanding of modern enterprises by different area and countries.That is the new comprehension of bringing forth new ideas,profit,common duties,competition and services.So,our enterprises should form modern enterprises ethics value system with the turning point of the globalization and join in WTO,using the rich cultural details. |
