| Abstract: | By discussing the different definitions of system transition given either by the new system economist Nuosi or the Property School, this paper presents that the individual exaltation and social benefits are the direct reasons that can promote the system transition. The changes in each system will affect the social economic development. Innovation, economic growth and social transition, which will influence and be influenced by each other, work as an organic system to promote the social economic development. |
