| 摘 要： | 近两年的教学实践证明为培养学生的科技创新能力和工程意识创造学习条件，学生的实验技能明显加强，学生的学习主动性发生了根本的变化。因此，加强实验室建设与实验教学改革是发展高等教育的关键。

| Abstract: | To bring up talented person with creative ability in technology and engineering consciousness for the society, by strengthening the construction of modern communication laboratory and the reform of experimental education, a good learning condition is created to train the creative ability in technology and engineering consciousness of the students. The teaching practice shows that students' experimental ability are enhanced obviously and go-aheadism in learning changed basically. So, it is the key of developing higher education to strengthen laboratory construction and reform in education of experiment. |
