| 摘 要： | 计算机犯罪是伴随着计算机的发明和广泛应用而产生的一种新型犯罪.同传统犯罪相比,计算机犯罪具有诸多特征.只有采用技术防范、管理防范、法律防范、道德防范等多种措施,才能从根本上防范计算机犯罪.
