| Abstract: | According to the basic characteristics of China's natural resources and their development situations since the founding of PRC,this paper explained that development simply depending on overconsumption of natural resources cannot be sustainable,and pointed out industrialized management of natural resources and dialectical attitude towards exploitation of them would ensure the sustainability of natural resources. |
