浅谈对网吧的政府管制

网吧行业作为发展中的行业，为中国互联网发展作出了巨大贡献，网吧的正面和反面价值，积极和消极影响，应该客观、理性和科学地判断。目前我国政府对网吧业的管制未能完全达到应有效果，有些措施确有值得商榷之处。本文在总结我国网吧行业管制现状及相关措施后，对网吧的政府管制提出一些建议。

A Shallow Discussion About Government Regulation of Internet Bar

Internet bar is a developing profession ,which contributes greatly to the development of China's internet. We should judge its obverse value or reverse value, positive influence or negative influence objectively, reasonably and scientif-ically . The effect of government regulation doesn't attain its expectations. Some measures should be discussed. The paper generalizes the status in quo and related measures of our government regulation in internet bar profession and puts forward some suggestions.
