学校达成有关各方满意的两种模式

摘    要:有关各方对学校的满意是当今学校成功的一个重要因素。需求一满足模式通过了解和满足有关各方需求达成有关各方满意;三维满意模式通过理念、行为和视觉三个维度来创设满意的环境和氛围,达成有关各方满意。两种模式是互相补充的关系,要综合运用。按照三维满意模式创设一个令人满意的学校环境和氛围,在此基础上,有关各方日常满意的实现还需要使用需求-满足模式。

Abstract:Various social sectors' satisfaction with schools is an important factor for the success of a school. There are two types of satisfaction: one is to achieve various social sectors' satisfaction by understanding their practical requirements, and the other is to obtain satisfactory environment and atmosphere through three dimensions as concept, behavior and visual effect. Since the two modes are in the relation of mutual replenishment, they should be utilized in a combined manner. It is advised to create a satisfactory environment and atmosphere according to the three-dimensional mode before achieving the demand-satisfaction mode.
