| 摘 要： | 吉林省图书馆联盟(CLJ)坚持公益性原则,整合了省内39家不同系统图书馆的资源,以DBWIN-L4P平台为依托,为社会提供免费的参考咨询及电子文献远程传递服务。本文在介绍基于DBWIN-L4P平台技术的"吉林省联合参考咨询与文献远程传递网"及其使用情况的基础上,分析其在应用过程中出现的问题,并探讨改进其局限性的对策。
