| 摘 要： | 从政府代替市场进行资源配置的角度来理解政府干预经济掩盖了干预的本质,并导致了对政府经济行为理解上的混乱。实际上,政府干预应理解为政府部门以强制性权力介入市场中的权利自由选择的这类行为。相应地,以此为界分标准,其他一些政府经济行为则应界定为政府对市场所进行的管理。

| Abstract: | Understanding government interference from the angle of resources-allocation by the government in place of market conceals the nature of the interference and results in the confusion of understanding the government economic actions.The interference is actually such actions that the government departments intervene in free right-choice of market with mandatory authority,by which some other government actions are correspondingly defined as market administration on the part of the government. |
