Analysis and Design of Logistics Information System Based on GIS

With the constant improvement of the information-based intensity of logistics service, more and more new developing technology is apply to the construction of the logistics information system. In recent years, the space information technology taking GIS technology as the core got the extensive study and application day by day in the field of logistics service. This paper introduces the application of GIS technology in the modern logistics information system, analyzing the model and function of the logistics system, and points out GIS technology in logistics management has broad application prospects.
