| 摘 要： | 通过运用献资料、访谈等研究方法，对未来中学体育教师应具备的素质和能力进行分析研究，并提出21世纪体育教师素质应包括：“完善的人格力量和言传身教的思想素质、知识素质、能力素质”，其中“能力素质”应包括“教学组织能力、训练管理能力、获取与处理信息继续学习的能力、科学研究能力、协调人际关系的能力”。

| Abstract: | Through the document reference,visiting talking meathod,analysed the quality and ability for middle school P. E. Teacher in future,and put up the quality for P. E. teacher in 21 centery : the thought quality of perfect personality and teaching by personal action, knowledge and ability quality, among of ability quality should includle the teaching organization, training manage, get and handle the information and confine study bility, science research and coordinat the personal relation ship quality. |
