镀锡板表面淬水斑成因分析

摘    要:通过对镀锡板淬水斑的宏观形貌观察,并对有淬水斑的镀锡板和正常镀锡板表面成分进行电子探针能谱对比分析,发现产生淬水斑的原因是因为镀锡板在淬水过程中表面粘附了含有杂质的污染水所致。因此,为了防止镀锡板产生淬水斑,镀锡板淬水过程中表面一定不能粘附被污染的水滴,同时镀锡板淬冷水一定要使用洁净的脱盐水。

Abstract:The quench stain on tinplate surface is studied and analyzed by means of macroscopic surface morphology and electronic probe with energy spectra.The results show that the quench stain is caused by polluted water with impurity during tinplate quenching.So the tinplate surface must not be stained by polluted water and clean salt-free water should be used in the course of tinplate quenching in order to keep tinplate surface from quench stain.
