| 摘 要： | 长期以来,流于形式的课程改革政策评价使人们逐渐忽略评价本身的教育性与实用性功能,而屈从于评价活动作为一种行政监督或控制的审查性、政治性属性。随着新一轮课程改革实践的深入,我们日益发现课程改革政策评价更应该成为内在于改革过程的学习与发展的重要机制,为提升与深化课程改革的运作水平提供重要依据。这种转向意味着我们需要解放既定的关于课程改革政策评价的属性认识,从我国新课程改革政策评价的现实经验与问题出发,关注评价活动应有的基本规范与趋势,从根本上优化我国课程改革政策评价,切实推动课程改革向纵深发展。
