| 摘 要： | 本文从有效教学研究的片面化倾向分析入手,探讨了教学的有效性与道德性可能存在的悖论,进而通过引入儒学的"以善致善"命题探讨了教学中目的与手段一致性的教育学意义,并将其作为理解教学道德性内涵的重要视角。而真正教学道德性的彰显亦即德性教学的实现,不妨从认清理论立场并克服认识障碍,从科学认知走向"体知",以及体现教师责任的教学方式转变等几方面展开努力。
