略论持续扩招后的高校公共事业管理模式的创新

从一九九九年我国高校扩招以来 ,高等教育的规模急剧增长 ,原先所隐藏的许多问题随着扩招逐渐浮出水面。而这其中有一个非常重要的问题严重影响到了高校的可持续发展 ,那就是高校的公共事业管理的严重滞后限制了高校扩招的质量。归根结底高校公共事业管理体制必须进行创新

Since 1999 the scale of colleges in our country has been rapidly increasing because of the enrolling policy. With the increasing number of the students, many problems being concealed before are gradually drifting on the water. However, the important thing seriously affecting the continual development of the high schools is the public management lagging. In a word, the new system of the public management should be created.
