| 摘 要： | 拼写错误、语用失误等翻译错误严重影响到双语公示语指示、提示、限制等基本功能的正常发挥。切斯特曼创立的翻译模因论是公示语翻译规范的理论工具。本文立足前人的研究,提出了克隆、改良和重组模因等三种公示语英译策略,具有一定的实用价值。

| Abstract: | Translation mistakes in spelling and pragmatics badly interfere with the basic functions of bilingual public signs for indicating, prompting and restricting. Teasing translation theories offers certain solutions to this problem. Chesterman＇s meme theory functions as a useful tool. This passage discusses translation strategies of cloning, reforming and recombining memes on the basis of former study. The strategies have practical value. |
