| 摘 要： | 采用真空联合堆载预压技术能通过排水固结提高地基承载力，和其他处理方法相比，能降低工程造价。结合工程实例，对加固原理、施工工艺、施工质量控制要点进行阐述，并通过监测和检测结果分析，为同类工程提供参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | The vacuum build-up charge combination preloading technology can improve the bearing ca-pacity of the foundation through the drainage consolidation. Compared with other methods, it can reduce the cost of project. Based on a project, the paper aims to focus on the reinforcement principle, construction technological process, construction quality control and offer suggestions for the similar project by analy- zing the monitoring and test results. |
