| 摘 要： | 在藏族地区建立高等教育、基础教育、职业教育和继续教育等各级各类现代远程民族教育体系势在必行.但由于目前在我国使用藏文并融合各种网络功能进行信息处理交换的网络平台还是空白,而这一状况又是实现藏文远程民族教育的一个瓶颈.本文针对藏文现代远程民族教育网络平台建设涉及的诸多问题进行了分析、研究和论证,并提出了解决相关问题的一系列具体办法和措施.

| Abstract: | It has been quite necessary to build up a modern long-range ethnic education system which serving for various grades and sorts of advanced education, basic education,, professional education and continuous education, but the net platform using the Tibetan language and mixing various net functions in the information transformation has not come into truth. This essay analyses and studies Lhe questions related to the construction of the modern long - range Tibetan education net platform, and suggests a series of methods and policies. |
