| 摘 要： | 构建中国特色家长教育管理体系是历史发展的必然性要求。构建家长教育管理体系，必须方向明确，有权行政，有钱办事，有人干事，能办好事；必须遵循自上而下、全员参与、因地制宜、注重实效的原则。文章同时还提出了构建中国特色家长教育管理体系的具体行动步骤。

| Abstract: | It is inevitable requirement of historical development to construct parent education management system with Chinese characteristics. To construct parent education management system, we should clear direction, have power to execute, have money to do good things; and it also should obey principles of top-down, full participation , following local conditions ,results-oriented. The article also proposes specific action steps of building a parent education management system with Chinese characteristics. |
