| 摘 要： | 为迎接21世纪的挑战，日本大学改革的步伐不断加快。课程改革作为大学改革的切入点，已在取消教养学部，加强专业教育等方面付诸实施，根据大学审议会建议，日本的大学将向个性化、多样化方面发展，进一步重视有创新精神和个性的人才的培养。

| Abstract: | In order to met the challenge of 21st century,The steps of reform in Japanese universities are constantlyuickened.Curriculum reform as a starting point of college reform has been carried out in the respects of abolishing education department and reinforcing speciality education.Based on the proposition by university deliberating meeting,Japanese universities are intended to develop in terms of individualization and varieties in order to attach a great irnportance to the cultivation of reformative consciousness and individualized talents. |
