| 摘 要： | 曹操、孙权、刘备分别占领中原、吴地、蜀地、形成三国立局面，其中蜀汉政权立国 四十三年，是三国中立国时间最短的，究其原因，主要是以刘备为首的外来地主势力没有重视增益益州土人士，人才没有本土化，以致后期人才缺乏而造成的。

| Abstract: | CAO Cao, SUN Quan and LIU Bei occupied Central Plains, Wu, Shu respectively, the three kingdoms standing situation were formed Among the three kingdoms, Shu Han only existed for 43 years, which is the most short-lived The major reason was that the nonnative landlord bloc led by LIU Bei did not attack importance to training the Yizhou natives, and the talent didn't get indigenous, which caused the lack of talented persons at later stage |
