| 摘 要： | 针对食品工程专业课程的教学特点，探讨了食品工程实验模拟在食品工程专业教学中的应用，采用可视化编程语言VB，开发出了一套符合教学实际的新一代的基于Windows平台的食品工程实验模拟软件，并展望了实验模拟的发展前景。
