| 摘 要： | 唐太宗即位后,社会景象残败不堪,经过他不懈努力、励精图治,并采取了土地制度、劝课农桑、与民休息、兴修水利等措施,终于使社会出现了国泰民安的局面,为后来的开元盛世奠定了基础,将中国传统农业社会推向鼎盛时期。
