Analysis on the Admistration Ideas of the CPC During the Chinese Civil War

During the Chinese Civil War,the regional administration strategy of the CPC was transformed into overall administration strategy,and the blueprint of a new state system and polity was formed theoretically.Huabei People's Government was set up in practice,whose aim was to come to power and pave the way for the new government,in which the people would be the owners of the country.People had a deep understanding of the political view and the state thought of the Party,all the social classes and parties accepted the leadership of the Party,which guarrantteed the control of the Party.The experiences and lessons of this period directly influenced the implementation of the measures and systems of the Party in our newly founded country.
