关于高职高专机电专业实训基地资源共享的探讨

近几年,湖北省新建或改建的高职高专中机电专业实训基地的建设,由于资金投入不足,或组建时间过短,或仪器设备陈旧老化等因素影响,无法满足学生实训教学的要求。因此,根据本地区各高职高专实训基地建设的具体情况,以及本地区各相关机电企业布局的优势,对现有资源实行有效整舍、优化配置、资源共享、有偿开放,充分利用社会资源,做到校企对接,使学生能力与就业岗位“零对接”。

In Hubei province there are more than 50 colleges in different conditions. They are specially weak for practice training. So it is important to optimize practice training base and share it with fee in Hubei province. And not only is "practice Exercise Certificate" necessary, also more certificate is acceptable for students. Then students will be fit for all sort of occupation.
