高校教学过程和谐论

摘    要:高等学校教学过程和谐就是构成高等学校教学过程的教师、学生、教学内容、教学方法等各要素,在高等学校教学过程统一体中能够互相包容,协调运作,使高等学校教学处于健康、富有生机和活力的状态之中,体现各要素的协调发展。教学过程和谐的生成条件是教学过程公平、师生满意及师生之间的尊重与宽容。教学过程和谐的生成策略是教学民主化、建立平等师生关系和完善教学过程公平的保障机制。

Abstract:The harmony teaching process is the basic element of the teacher, student, teaching content, teaching methods, etc. which construct the teaching process of university, and the elements. The College teaching process harmonious is broads-minded each other, coordinated growth of the factors. The conditions of teaching process harmonious are the teaching process is fair, satisfaction of teachers and students. The strategy of the harmonious teaching process is the guarantee mechanism of the teaching democratization, the equality between teachers and students, and the improvement of the fair teaching process.
