On Lenin's Basic Thought about the Socialist Basic Task-- Study on Lenin's" The Present Task of Soviet's Regime"

Lenin had summarized the practical experience in the article of "The Present Task of Regime of the Soviet", and then pointed out after proletariat had set up socialist regime, its basic task is to lead economic construction, to develop the productivity in a more cost-effective manner and to set up socialist material base. He had also expounded every measure of developing the productivity systematically.
