呼唤幼儿园教师的课程理论觉醒

摘    要:课程理论是课程计划的依据、课程实施的向导、课程反思的标杆、课程审议的参照、课程知识的积累、课程信念的支撑,从这个意义上讲,幼儿园教师需要课程理论。不同层次的课程理论与实践有或长或短的距离,对实践的影响各不相同。不同层次的幼儿园教师可以学习不同层次、相对个人而言更具价值与意义的课程理论。我们可以通过组织读书沙龙、让教师参加各类培训等形式,促进教师掌握并运用课程理论。
