云计算在图书馆已经有了初步的应用,包括租用云服务提供商的各种计算服务、存储服务和应用程序服务。但不管是哪种服务,服务质量的保证对图书馆来说都是尤其重要的。在云计算环境中,云服务提供商以服务等级协议的形式来体现服务质量的承诺及对未实现承诺时的赔偿办法,保证客户使用服务的满意度和忠诚度。本文从图书馆应用云计算服务的需求出发,通过比较目前市场上典型的云计算服务等级协议,挖掘图书馆需要什么样的服务等级协议并该如何作出选择,为图书馆获得云计算的服务质量、选择合适的云服务提供参考依据。

Cloud Computing Service Level Agreements by the View of Libraries

Many libraries have started to adopt some cloud services step by step, including computing resources, storage resources and software. But how libraries can choose the very services by their needs and budgets? The libraries should compare the promission of performance and quality of services. Service level agreement is a form of the promisison. It is signed between the Cloud Services Provider and the Customer about service levels, commitments and service credits. The paper started with the needs of libraries for cloud computing, comparing some typical cloud services SLA in the purpose of helping libraries to choose services.
