绿色金融路径下公司行为重构

绿色金融的实施需要金融机构和实体公司的共同合作,这实际上是一场博弈,它潜含着一种利益分配机制。本文用＂均衡＂的思想建立了一个完全信息静态博弈模型,并求出了唯一的纳什均衡解。模型很好地演示了金融机构和公司之间博弈的形态和结果,这种结果就是绿色金融的实现。利用这种结果,公司经营可从传统产业转向绿色产业,实现经济发展的强势转型,达到自然生态环境的帕累托改进。

The Behavior Reconstruction of Company under the Path of Green Finance

The implementation of green finance needs the co-operation of financial institutions and entity companies,which is actually a game,and it is potential to a mechanism for the distribution of benefits.In this paper,using the idea of＂balance＂,the author establish a complete information static game model,and obtained a unique Nash equilibrium solution.The model better demonstrates the form and result of game between financial institutions and corporations.This result is the implementation of green finance.Using this result,the companies can transfer from traditional industries to the green industries,and achieve a strong transition of the economic development and the Pareto improvement of the natural environment.
