| 摘 要： | 班级是高职院校对学生实施管理的基本单位,高职班级建设的成效直接影响高职院校教育措施的落实,对高职学生发展也有着重要的影响作用。在高职班级建设中,借鉴团体心理辅导对高职班级建设的有益元素,可有效突破高职班级建设中理念与方法的局限,提高高职班级建设成效,促进高职班级教育功能的强化。
