| 摘 要： | 高技能人才是推动技术创新和现代科技成果向现实生产力转化的骨干力量。我国各行各业中高技能人才严重短缺,大力培养高技能人才是保民生、保增长、发展＂外向型＂经济的人才保障。培养高技能人才,可借鉴其他国家的经验,如采取灵活模式,培养高技能人才;立法保障,建立终身职业教育体制。但借鉴他国经验一定要结合我国实际情况,因地制宜,因时制宜。

| Abstract: | Highly-skilled talents are the main power to advance the technological innovation as well as the backbone to fulfill the change from modern scientific achievements to real productivity. However, in all walks of life in China, such talents are in serious shortage. It is urgent to train up the highlyskilled talents to maintain people＇s livelihood, guarantee economic growth, and develop the openingup economy. International experience and Chinese reality must be combined in training highly-skilled talents. |
