| 摘 要： | 20世纪70年代以来，由于世界经济、政治、文化都发生了巨大的变化，创新也成为管理的主旋律。对西方管理理论的研究成果进行综合，并在此基础上进行创新、提高，是实现管理飞跃的必由之路。代理和公司治理结构、战略管理、业务流程重组、企业成长、学习型组织、智力资本等理论正是顺应这一变化的产物。它们最能代表现代管理理论的新发展，文章重点对这些理论进行述评。

| Abstract: | Since 1970s, because of importantchanges inpolitics, economy, and culture, the need for innovation has become animportant part in management. Therefore, careful consideration of management theory is the only way to dramatically improve managementmethods. The change results in theories on agency, corporated governance, strategic management,businessprocessreengineering,corporatedgrowth, learning organization, and intellectual capital. The article analyzes these theoies which represent the new development of contemporary management theory. |
