| Abstract: | To further education reforms and to actualize quality education in all respects. a team of headmatsers of middle schools must be set up who have a strong sense of politics and a just style of work,master the way of education and are good at administration. An eli-gible headmaster should have such qualities as theoretical quality leadership quality, extract and profound operation quality and thinking quality ahead of the times. |
