| 摘 要： | 本文旨在探讨抗美援朝战争期间,国内经济迅速恢复并开始建设的原因。文章除了肯定人民的劳动热情和各民族的团结奋斗以外,认为党和政府政策的正确也是一个关键性因素,它具体体现在:党和政府的工作重心始终放在经济工作上,面对困难局面党和政府采取了正确的财经政策,在整体经济工作中均取得了明显的成效。

| Abstract: | The article aims to probe into the reasons why China resumed the economy rapidly and began to develop economy during the War to Resist U. S. Aggression and Aid Korea. Besides affirming the people's laboring passion and all people's solidarity and strug-gle , it also considers the correctness of the policies of the Party and our government a key factor that incorporaes that the Party and our government always put the working center on economic development. When facing difficult situations,the Party and our government adopt-ed proper finance and economics policies and achieved distince effects in the holistic economic work. |
