| Abstract: | With the socializing reforms of colleges and universities' logistics going deep, the ideological educatioin of the employees must be strengthened. The employees' ideological education should be done with the four integration, namely, the integration between the ad-vanced and the general, between the aim-pointing and the flexible, between the human-prin-cipal and the democratic administration, and between soft duties and firm measurements. |
