| 摘 要： | 20世纪初,在中国社会大变迁的背景下,处在生活表层的婚姻发生了显的变化。婚姻主权下移,择偶标准变化,离婚、再嫁自由,婚姻程序趋简及“明结婚”的出现则是这一时期婚姻变动的主要表现。

| Abstract: | In the early 20th century,great changes took place in marriage in the trend of great changes in China's society.The chief manifestations of the changes are the sovereignty of marriage moving down to the youth themselves,the changes in the standards of choosing marriage partners,the freedom of divorce and remarriage,the simplification of marriage procedures,and the appearance of "civilized marriage. |
