| 摘 要： | 通过对101名护士生,50名已工作两年的护士的卡特尔人格量表测验,探讨护士生及护士的人格特征与学习成绩、工作能力、护士品质有何关系。调查结果与辽宁省高中生女性常模及成年女性常模做比较。调查结果表明:工作能力强、心理品质好的护士,其人格结构特征是:聪明外向,情绪稳定,好强,负责,精明能干,心平气和,安祥有信心;学习成绩好的护士生与工作能力强的临床护士倾向有共同的群体人格特征。

| Abstract: | Having tested on 101 nurse probationers and 50 nurses,who have been working for two years,by Cattell's Q-data,we explored the relation between the character and learning result,nursing ability and nurse quality.Test result has been compared with the norm of Liaoning senior middle school girl and the young woman. The character of personality structure in the nurse of better working ability and good mental quality is wisdom with extroversion,of emotional stability, comoetitive conscientious,intelligent,capable,calm and confident. Therefore,we suggest that nurse probationer in good result and the nurse in better working ability may have common group personality characteristies. |
