| 摘 要： | 为了预防和有效地解决高校学生中的突发事件，高校办公室应充分发挥其承上启下、协调左右、联系内外的职能，牵头建立应对学生突发事件的立体防护网，确立事前预案，建立事后档案，并建立应对学生突发事件的动态救护线和善后处理点。

| Abstract: | The Administration Office should give full play to its function of coordination, connection and linking in order to prevent and solve the unexpected events of college students. It should be the first to set up the stereoscopic preventing net to deal with unexpected events of students. The net includes pretreatment in advance, setting up the files afterwards, the dynamic ambulance line and the point of management afterwards. |
