高分辨气质联用法的实验课程建设

摘    要:结合环境学科特点,为环境学院研究生开设了“高分辨气质联用法分析环境样品中的林丹”实验课。通过该实验课学生可以系统学习环境样品中有机污染物的萃取、净化、浓缩、定性和定量分析等一系列实验流程。学生通过对离子源参数的优化了解电离能量对超痕量分析准确性的意义;学习借助准确质量测定和同位素分布推断洗脱液中的“未知物”分子式;借助思维导图构筑课堂笔记和实验记录,对学习内容进行深度整合。该实验课程涉及知识要点多,实用性和可操作性强,有利于提高学生综合实验能力和科研能力。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of environment discipline,the experimental course of“gas chromatography coupled with high resolution mass spectrometry for analysis of lindane in environmental samples”has been designed and opened for graduate students.Through the experimental course,the students can learn the whole experimental procedures include extraction,cleanup,concentration,qualitative and quantitative analysis.The students are conscious of the importance of ion source configuration optimization for the accurate analysis of environmental samples.They learn to deduce the chemical formula of an“unknown”co-elute compound by relying on high-resolution accurate-mass measurement and isotopic distribution.Meanwhile,students are encouraged to use mind maps to construct class notes and lab records for in-depth integration of knowledge.This experimental course has many knowledge points,and the experimental content exhibits much higher practicability and maneuverability.By learning this course,the comprehensive experimental capabilities and scientific research abilities of the students can be substantially improved.
