| 摘 要： | 知识管理成为图书馆管理中的热门话题，但在图书馆的知识管理过程中，往往更强调显性知识管理，却忽略了隐性知识管理对图书馆的作用。运用SECI知识转化模型探讨高校图书馆的隐性知识管理，阐明图书馆隐性知识管理重要性，并指出管理中的内容和机制。
